Finance Manager FTC

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire, hybrid

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum plus benefits

What you will do

• Own month-end management accounts and board reporting.
• Prepare financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, and compliance reporting.
• Manage cashflow forecasting, banking relationships, funding facilities, billing, invoicing, and working capital.
• Monitor capital expenditure and asset performance, and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support business decisions.
• Manage and develop a part-qualified finance team member and implement process improvements during a period of transition.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Several years of post-qualified experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.
• Strong management accounting and financial control experience.
• Experience with cashflow, treasury, and working capital management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to quickly understand a business and apply sound financial principles.
• Comfort operating in a changing environment; previous team management experience is preferred.

• Experience overseeing fixed assets and capital expenditure.
