CFO (PE-Backed Multisite Hospitality Business)

Location: South East England

Salary: £180,000–£200,000 per annum plus equity, bonus, and benefits

What you will do

• Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, reporting, controls, and governance across the group.
• Act as a key adviser to the CEO and senior leadership team on commercial and operational decisions.
• Lead the finance function and develop systems, processes, reporting, and management information.
• Support financial performance, operational efficiency, and clear financial insight across the business.
• Work with the CEO, investors, and stakeholders on strategic initiatives and preparation for the future exit event.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, or ACMA qualification.
• Proven CFO experience in a private equity-backed environment.
• Experience in a multisite, consumer-facing, operationally complex business.
• Strong commercial and operational finance background, including financial reporting, planning, and controls.
• Ability to influence at board and investor level in a fast-paced, evolving business.
• Hands-on, resilient, and adaptable leadership style.
