Head of Real Estate Fund Governance (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Lead global Real Estate fund governance and company secretarial activities for complex fund and SPV structures across the UK, Europe, and Asia.
• Provide leadership to global fund company secretarial teams and ensure effective governance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, standards, and scalable operating models across jurisdictions.
• Lead organisational change, digital enablement, continuous improvement, and the commercialisation of governance services.
• Support boards, regulators, senior stakeholders, and business leaders while managing governance risks and escalations.
• Develop direct reports, support succession planning, and build a high-performing, inclusive team.

Requirements

• Significant experience in corporate secretarial or governance roles within Real Estate, Real Assets, or alternative fund environments.
• Strong experience in Real Estate fund governance, corporate governance, and company secretarial practices.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and managing complex governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead organisational change and implement global operating models.
• Strong executive, board, regulatory, stakeholder management, commercial, strategic, and risk management skills.
• Professional governance qualification such as CGI or equivalent required.
