Corporate Actions Analyst (Investment Operations)

Location: London, United Kingdom. The role is based in the London office and requires working from the office 4 days a week, with flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week.

What you will do

• Manage and process global corporate action events across multiple asset classes and products.
• Work with service providers, custodians, and internal clients to develop and improve corporate action workflows.
• Support Portfolio Management teams with analysis of complex voluntary events and event-related decisions.
• Execute daily processing and validation procedures while maintaining accurate and consistent corporate action data across platforms.
• Research conflicting event details, communicate voluntary instructions, and confirm client entitlements.
• Implement process and system improvements, resolve complex issues, and represent Corporate Actions in internal and external meetings.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience focused on corporate actions and portfolio accounting.
• Strong knowledge of the lifecycle of global corporate action events across asset classes and products.
• Experience reviewing market and company offering documents and communicating event details accurately.
• Experience working with vendor products and technology; derivatives experience is beneficial.
• Analytical approach to issue resolution, with the ability to manage risk, deadlines, and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service competence, and a commitment to continuous learning.
