USAF - Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day program administration, quality control, governance, and oversight for contractor and subcontractor personnel.
• Align IT and cybersecurity programs with the DC3 mission and strategic goals while managing the full program lifecycle.
• Track staffing, costs, infrastructure, milestones, dependencies, surge capacity, contract performance, and resource constraints.
• Develop and maintain program management, stakeholder communication, risk management, transition, and operating plans.
• Facilitate Government and contractor communications, prepare monthly status reports, manage meetings, and escalate technical, personnel, and contractual issues.
• Oversee Government-furnished property, asset management, training completion, DoD 8140 qualifications, cyber workforce records, staffing continuity, and transition activities.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Active PMP certification.
• 10+ years of experience managing projects or programs of comparable size and complexity.
• 5+ years overseeing manpower requirements across diverse technical skill sets and labor categories.
• 5+ years performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts, including performance metrics.
