Salary: USD $85,000–$125,000 annual base

operates an on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services and is expanding into a broader home-services platform across , Lawn Love, and Home Gnome.
What you will do
- Lead product initiatives from problem framing and technical approach through production rollout and post-launch metric review.
- Own architecture, data models, integrations, rollout plans, observability, and rollback strategies.
- Direct AI coding agents through prompts, guardrails, evaluations, tests, and review workflows while maintaining production quality.
- Partner daily with product managers and designers and collaborate with engineering peers in a shared codebase.
- Track initiative outcomes, present results 2–4 weeks after launch, and create reusable runbooks, evaluations, and workflow documentation.
- Maintain high standards for correctness, security, performance, observability, and customer and professional experience.
Requirements
- Daily production experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent.
- Experience operating at a lead-level scope by making technical decisions, shipping complex work, and owning outcomes.
- Deep skill in at least one relevant stack, with production experience using AI coding agents.
- Ability to make and document architecture, data-model, and rollout decisions with appropriate review.
- Strong collaboration skills with product managers, designers, and engineering peers.
- Customer- and professional-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable product outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience with PHP and Laravel, TypeScript, React, or React Native.
- Experience with Redshift, dbt, Segment, Airflow, AWS, Datadog, Sentry, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience building agent workflows, evaluation systems, runbooks, or post-launch reviews.
