Systems Engineer (Windows/Azure)

Location: Plano, Texas (Dallas, Texas), USA. Hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday and remote work possible Monday and Friday. Travel to other offices, data centers, and regional locations is required as needed.

What you will do

• Monitor installed systems and infrastructure, review logs, resolve alerts, and maintain system health and SLA performance.
• Manage Windows-based servers and virtual environments using VMware, vCenter, and Hyper-V.
• Administer enterprise storage arrays, hardware inventory, operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Design and deploy new applications, infrastructure enhancements, and operating system updates.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies across the environment.
• Manage Azure Active Directory, the Office 365 hybrid environment, SaaS solutions, and infrastructure support cases while collaborating with network staff and vendors.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or at least four years of experience with Microsoft-based server technology.
• Technical experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, customer service, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to travel to other offices, data centers, and regional locations as needed.
• Reliable transportation and, where applicable, a valid driver’s license are required.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
