ICS Systems Administrator

Location: Tampa, Florida or Remote within the United States

What you will do

• Assist with deploying, testing, configuring, and maintaining hirify.global applications across on-premises, AWS, and Azure environments.
• Provide first- and second-level support for systems and application environments.
• Investigate incidents with experienced team members, perform root cause analysis, review configurations, and conduct unit testing.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and systems in Windows Active Directory, Azure AD, and application-specific platforms.
• Deploy and administer IIS, SQL Server, monitoring utilities, and other infrastructure tools.
• Document and follow up on customer and internal issues in CRM and JIRA, escalating cases when necessary.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with IT systems administration, deployment, and maintenance technologies.
• Experience managing cloud and on-premises IT systems.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, or 2019.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server 2014, 2017, or 2019.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Associate degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience accepted.
