Senior Supplier Development Executive

Location: Remote within hirify.global's telecommuting policies, with travel approximately ten times per year, including occasional travel to Staples, Minnesota.

Annual salary: $86,560–$108,200, with potential to exceed the midpoint based on experience.

What you will do

• Manage awarded supplier contracts and work toward profit, margin, and P&L goals.
• Develop business plans and sales strategies to increase contract utilization, supplier engagement, and category growth.
• Launch awarded contracts, onboard suppliers, maintain documentation, and manage amendments.
• Build supplier relationships and deliver training through in-person and virtual methods.
• Represent suppliers at internal meetings and gather industry, market, and customer insights.
• Present at tradeshows, conferences, supplier events, and hirify.global events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• At least three years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Ability to meet travel requirements of approximately ten trips per year.
• Ability to attend occasional meetings, professional development, or team activities in Staples, Minnesota.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships, contract documentation, training, and growth initiatives.

Nice to have

• Five years of experience in advanced sales and marketing management.
• Experience in public procurement and/or government contracting.
