Marketing Specialist (FMCG)

What you will do

• Analyze market trends and dynamics, sharing insights with customers and commercial teams.
• Develop category segmentation and positioning tools to identify customer opportunities.
• Manage category promotional investment budgets and support customer campaigns.
• Develop and participate in category-related webinars and organize customer experience events.
• Work with category customers to exchange information, promote innovation, and identify best practices and business opportunities.
• Prepare high-impact presentations for internal audiences and key customer meetings.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Economics, or Engineering.
• Fluent Spanish and English communication skills required.
• At least 4 years of experience in Marketing or Product Management within food FMCG.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, prioritization, and customer-orientation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and influence decisions through strong informal authority.

Nice to have

• Portuguese communication skills.
• Experience in Communication.
