Temporary Global Category Management Promotions Specialist

What you will do

• Maintain databases covering vendors, assortment status, pricing updates, and promotional agreements.
• Coordinate with the Value Offer team, category managers, and external vendors on promotional materials and nomination forms.
• Track approvals, agreements, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and monitor action items.
• Enter and validate promotional data and support reporting processes.
• Support negotiations and the design and execution of promotional plans and campaigns.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Interest in the beauty industry and willingness to learn about Perfume & Cosmetics.
