What you will do
- Install, move, add, and change IT hardware and infrastructure through IMAC deployments.
- Diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware issues beyond standard procedures.
- Provide rapid-response technical assistance during field visits and dispatches.
- Create service reports, document workaround procedures, and maintain technical records.
- Build positive professional relationships with internal users and customers.
Requirements
- Experience in IT field engineering or operational support.
- Ability to collect and analyze performance data for proactive technical assistance.
- Comfort working in dynamic environments and using a ladder to access hardware.
- Ability to obtain a SIDA badge for secure airport access.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for site support.
