Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Onsite VA)

Location: Onsite in Ashburn, Virginia, United States. Weekend availability onsite is required, with occasional on-call support.

What you will do

• Research, evaluate, design, develop, and implement IT infrastructure systems and components.
• Define complex requirements, deliverables, and timelines with customers.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex infrastructure problems.
• Analyze infrastructure performance and traffic and monitor system improvements.
• Lead infrastructure projects and support delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop or deliver technical training and mentor less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Ashburn, Virginia, including weekend availability, is required.
• Occasional on-call support is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in information technology.
• Ability to comply with infrastructure standards, procedures, guidelines, security policies, HIPAA requirements, and the company code of conduct.
