What you will do

• Support digital operations leads in delivering cross-functional roadmap initiatives within agreed time, budget, and scope.
• Coordinate content and SEO updates directly in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Perform website testing, including selected user acceptance and end-to-end testing, for new features and bug fixes.
• Coordinate activities that ensure the website meets accessibility standards.
• Create documentation for website features and functionality.
• Manage meeting coordination, sprint communications, release communications, and initiative updates.

Requirements

• Two years of experience coordinating multiple workstreams and meeting tight deadlines.
• Four-year college degree.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, project management, technical, and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and mastery of English grammar required.
• Ability to support ecommerce website operations, testing, and continuous improvement activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with ecommerce, agile product management, or technical project management.
• Knowledge of HTML, website accessibility, or SEO.
