Senior Creative Automation Manager (AI)

Location: Madrid, Spain. Hybrid working with 60% of the time in the office and 40% at home; up to 20 days of work abroad in approved countries.

Salary: €40,800–€56,100 per year.

What you will do

• Define and execute the Generative AI and creative automation strategy for the Design organization.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered solutions for creative production, localization, adaptation, and content optimization.
• Design and scale automated workflows for asset creation, versioning, resizing, distribution, and localization.
• Partner with Design, Marketing, Analytics, AI, and Technology teams to integrate automation into creative workflows.
• Develop creative testing, experimentation, governance, prompt library, and quality frameworks.
• Define success metrics and drive adoption of new tools and working methods across creative teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Creative Technology, Marketing Automation, Digital Production, AI, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and AI-enabled creative workflows.
• Strong understanding of digital creative production across multiple marketing channels and performance marketing.
• Experience designing scalable workflows, processes, or operational frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation platforms, APIs, system integrations, DAM, or Creative Technology platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JSON, APIs, or scripting.
• Experience with AI image and video generation tools or creative experimentation frameworks.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, performance marketing, localization, or international organizations.
