Senior Product Marketing Manager (Commerce)

What you will do

• Develop and promote value propositions and solution narratives for commerce products across buyer stages and personas.
• Create market-facing assets including web pages, presentations, pitch decks, product sheets, videos, and thought leadership content.
• Partner with demand generation to support programs that drive pipeline growth through tailored messaging.
• Lead go-to-market activities for product launches and feature releases, including positioning and messaging.
• Collaborate with customer marketing, customer success, and customers on case studies, presentations, speaking engagements, and advocacy materials.
• Equip sales and business development teams with enablement tools and resources to communicate product value and differentiate against competitors.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in product marketing.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies with product management, including launches, content creation, and sales partnerships.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Must be based in Ontario or Quebec, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise technology companies, especially artificial intelligence.
• Experience in ecommerce.
