Senior Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, USA; meaningful working-hour overlap with US time zones required. Work may also be performed near hirify.global hub locations including New York City, San Francisco, Mountain View, and Montreal.

Base salary: $150,000–$225,000, $169,500–$254,300, or $190,500–$285,700 USD gross annually, depending on the primary work location.

What you will do

• Own positioning and messaging for assigned product areas and translate technical capabilities into clear workflow value.
• Lead go-to-market execution for launches, betas, and feature rollouts, including audience targeting, channel planning, enablement, and launch-day execution.
• Define audiences ranging from independent creators to technical directors and build credible messaging for developers and other technical users.
• Track competitive and market intelligence and turn customer interviews, forums, and commhirify.global feedback into actionable insights.
• Create pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling, launch assets, and developer-facing content with Sales, Success, Support, Content, Commhirify.global, and DevRel.
• Coordinate partner co-marketing and define, measure, and report launch success metrics with Product and Analytics.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles, including ownership of a product line or major launch from end to end.
• Experience marketing to technical audiences such as developers, engineers, or technical artists.
• Strong understanding of game production, modern development pipelines, and creator workflows.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to explain complex technology across launch pages, keynotes, battlecards, and internal communications.
• Ability to work independently in contract engagements, operate through ambiguity, and produce finished deliverables across newly formed working relationships.
• Strong data literacy and practical experience using AI tools such as Claude Code or Gemini while reviewing outputs carefully.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing developer platforms, game engines, SDKs, or plugin ecosystems.
• Direct experience with AI or ML products and the technical judgment to evaluate production-ready capabilities.
• Hands-on experience shipping something in hirify.global or a comparable real-time creation tool.
• Partner co-marketing, category creation, or contract and consulting experience in a large matrixed organization.
