What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial and procurement agreements from intake and strategy through signature and post-signature performance.
• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate service, technology, data-sharing, vendor, and partner contracts.
• Use contract lifecycle management systems to improve visibility, efficiency, and data-driven agreement management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, Finance, and business stakeholders to identify and mitigate contractual, commercial, regulatory, and data-security risks.
• Resolve contract-related issues with internal teams and external vendors while protecting organizational interests.
• Provide business recommendations and creative solutions for complex contractual blockers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience managing commercial contracts in procurement, sourcing, or a commercial legal environment.
• Demonstrated ability to draft, redline, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Understanding of commercial contract law, data security concepts, and privacy regulations.
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools and systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, cybersecurity, internet infrastructure, or marketing technology solutions.
• Experience building effective relationships across all organizational levels.
• A proactive and diplomatic approach to negotiation.
