Senior Investment Lead (Web3)

Location: Cayman Islands; remote workplace

What you will do

• Build systems for investor prospecting, due diligence, relationship development, and partner engagement across crypto-native and traditional investment organizations.
• Prepare investment collateral, financial information, ecosystem updates, investor Q&A materials, and other institutional-grade positioning content.
• Coordinate investor and financial partner meetings, roadshows, and capital markets events.
• Own CRM and pipeline reporting and support KPI definition and tracking across investment-community workstreams.
• Monitor market sentiment, digital asset positioning, and investment trends to inform messaging and engagement strategy.
• Support cross-functional market positioning and end-to-end due diligence for selected investment and capital deployment opportunities.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, investor relations, or corporate development.
• Experience in investment analysis, relationship development, financial markets, transactions, and fundraising.
• Hands-on experience with Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain ecosystems, Ethereum, or other decentralized technologies.
• Established relationships and working knowledge across crypto-native venture capital firms, traditional asset managers, research houses, and prime brokerages.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and present financial and business performance information.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
