What you will do

• Lead day-to-day procurement improvement initiatives, prioritize opportunities, and monitor operational performance metrics.
• Evaluate procurement workflows, design efficiencies, develop SOPs, and standardize indirect procurement processes.
• Increase spend under purchase orders by identifying leakage, non-compliant purchasing, and governance improvements.
• Reduce invoice and purchase order match exceptions by addressing root causes and implementing preventive controls.
• Optimize operating boundaries, ownership, workflows, and service expectations between internal buyers and third-party procurement resources.
• Develop training content, job aids, dashboards, communication plans, and educational workshops to support adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, Procurement Excellence, indirect procurement, or shared services.
• Demonstrated success improving procurement compliance, spend visibility, and match-exception performance.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, problem-solving, and change-management skills.
• Experience creating SOPs, operational documentation, training materials, and leading workshops.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
• Experience with formal continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

• Prior consulting or transformation program experience.
