IT Support Specialist

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid role with in-person support for the Dublin office

Base salary: €48,000–€51,750 per year

What you will do

• Provide in-person support for users in the IT Lounge and respond to global requests through chat and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot Apple, Windows, and ChromeOS hardware and software, including desktop and laptop systems.
• Build and deploy laptops using JAMF, Intune, Apple Business Manager, and related deployment tools.
• Support IT onboarding, welcome sessions, user access management, and end-user software deployment.
• Maintain conference rooms and all-hands spaces, including their technical functionality.
• Manage hardware and software inventory.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support and hardware troubleshooting for Apple, Windows, and Chromebook systems.
• Basic AV and networking skills, including video conferencing, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting.
• Experience working as part of a distributed team and supporting users across locations.
• Experience with ticket-based enterprise workflow systems, particularly Asana, Zendesk, or similar tools.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude and solid problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift equipment weighing 50+ pounds when needed.
