About the Role

You will provide legal guidance for US operations, product structures, and financial-services regulation. You will draft customer and commercial documents, manage licensing and regulatory obligations, monitor agency developments, support payment and card products, and oversee outside counsel.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience
• J.D. and admission to practice in at least one US jurisdiction
• Experience advising on digital assets and payments
• Knowledge of US financial legislation, regulation, and supervisory frameworks
• Familiarity with the SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, and state regulators
• Stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Advise on legal and compliance issues for stablecoin, payment, and card products
• Expand product offerings in line with regulatory requirements
• Draft and maintain customer-facing legal documents
• Manage US regulatory requirements and license applications
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on their business impact
• Design compliant product structures with Product and Commercial teams
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Ensure compliance with US financial-services regulation
• Manage US outside counsel relationships
