What you will do

  • Support sales objectives, customer retention, product conversions, and market-share goals across the assigned trauma territory.
  • Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room by presenting products, supporting procedures, and ensuring proper product utilization.
  • Attend surgeries, confirm equipment readiness, optimize instrument trays, and consult with operating-room and sterile-processing teams.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, manage customer requests, support hospital billing, and create or close purchase orders.
  • Maintain surgeon and account relationships while sharing customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams.
  • Track and deploy equipment and assets, maintain product availability, and prepare required sales reports and documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; or an associate degree or medical certification such as CST or PT with at least two years of professional or related experience; or at least four years of professional or related experience.
  • Recently transitioned from active military duty candidates may also be considered.
  • Ability to work in a laboratory and operating-room environment and travel, including possible weekends and overnight stays.
  • Valid driver’s license issued in the United States required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem-solving, organization, self-motivation, and business-acumen skills.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Cleveland territory.

Nice to have

  • Technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions.
