Outside Property Associate Claim Representative

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. The role is based remotely with mobile work at residential and commercial locations, from the primary residence, or at the nearest hirify.global office. Extensive travel, including overnight stays, may be required.

Annual base salary: $52,600–$86,800.

What you will do

• Complete a structured 9–12-month training program covering insurance policies, claim processes, systems, and procedures.
• Review, investigate, document, and evaluate first-party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers.
• Interpret policy terms and assess coverage for building and contents damage.
• Establish damage scopes and prepare written or computer-assisted estimates.
• Inspect roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas; communicate with customers and maintain accurate claim records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree, customer service or insurance experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred qualifications.
• Ability to assess structures, carry, set up, and climb ladders weighing approximately 38–49 pounds.
• Willingness to obtain an adjuster license where required by state law and maintain relevant insurance licenses or a UAS Remote Pilot Certification within three months of starting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn claims management and estimating software.
