Data Management Specialist (ERP)

What you will do

• Set up new items in the ERP system and maintain accurate customer, supplier, product, pricing, rebate, payment-term, freight, and route master data.
• Verify customer invoices, sales commissions, and price rebates; calculate amounts due and issue regular invoices and related documents.
• Work with Sales, Planning, Credit, Purchasing, Finance, and other internal groups to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor retroactive credit notes, price changes, rebates, customer feedback items, and credit or debit adjustments.
• Extract data from ERP and other systems to prepare standard and ad hoc reports.
• Contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of documentation for shared service center processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience using computers and ERP software.
• Strong numerical aptitude and ability to perform basic calculations.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Some college education preferred.
• Fluency in English or another language may be required.
