Parts Inventory Analyst (Supply Chain and Logistics)

Location: Morton, Illinois, United States; 100% onsite five days a week. First shift, Monday–Friday, with up to 10% domestic travel. No relocation and no hybrid or remote work.

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year.

What you will do

• Manage global kitting and fixed demand planning processes.
• Support business architecture for DFIP, DRP, Deployment, ERP, and inventory planning systems.
• Analyze inventory, service, replenishment, and operational performance data using SAS.
• Develop automated reporting and data-quality solutions.
• Lead testing, validation, business readiness, system conversions, and user acceptance activities.
• Investigate process exceptions, maintain documentation and controls, and collaborate with planning, IT, distribution, and supplier-related teams.

Requirements

• Strong accuracy, analytical thinking, data gathering, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing inventory management for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures and process improvement practices.
• Ability to support planning and inventory management systems and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Availability to work onsite in Morton, Illinois five days per week is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in inventory management, supply chain, transportation, operations, or logistics.
• Experience with SAS, Python, SAP, SPP, deployment, or other inventory planning systems.
• Knowledge of inventory record accuracy, supplier management, and related processes.
