What you will do
- Coordinate PMO activities for the ERP Run & Change Europe team, including project standards, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among regional ERP stakeholders.
- Coordinate external IT providers and vendors, monitoring SLA compliance, service quality, and contract deliverables.
- Track purchase orders, budgets, invoices, and financial reporting for regional ERP services.
- Maintain governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and documentation.
- Drive improvements across administrative, commercial, and delivery workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in PMO coordination, IT service delivery, or vendor/provider management.
- Experience with commercial tracking, budget coordination, or procurement support in an IT/ERP environment.
- Knowledge of PMO methodologies, governance, project tracking, risk and issue management, and SLA monitoring.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP or the Siemens landscape.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI.
