Project Manager - IRT System Design (IRT)

What you will do

• Analyse clinical study protocols and translate client requirements into effective Interactive Response Technology (IRT) solutions.
• Author User Requirements Documents and support the design, build, implementation, and delivery of study systems.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and invoices.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical, operational, and client-facing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead problem-solving, issue resolution, internal UAT, and client UAT activities.
• Contribute to process improvements, proposals, Requests for Proposal, and client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience delivering projects against quality, timeline, and performance expectations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, customer service, and client-management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.

Nice to have

• Experience in IRT, clinical trials, clinical technology, or a related environment.
• Experience translating study protocols or client requirements into system requirements.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical, operational, and client stakeholders.
• Confidence working directly with clients in a consultative project management capacity.
