Technical Channel Partner Engineer

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact for certified Channel Partners across the MEA region.
• Provide technical support for repairs, refurbishment, assembly, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and service execution.
• Coordinate technical escalations with Engineering, Product Management, and Service Operations teams.
• Deliver technical training and support certification, recertification, onboarding, and capability development for partner personnel.
• Conduct technical assessments and audits of partner facilities and verify compliance with service standards, SOPs, and quality requirements.
• Identify recurring issues, support root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions and improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Service Operations, Field Service, Repair Operations, Engineering, or Reliability.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical seals, sealing systems, rotating equipment, and repair methodologies.
• Experience with inspection, assembly, testing, certification processes, service centers, distributors, agents, or Channel Partners.
• Experience conducting technical audits and assessments, troubleshooting complex issues, and applying root cause analysis methodologies.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required. Arabic, French, and/or Russian are advantageous.
