AI Solution Architect (ERP/FSM)

What you will do

• Lead high-impact AI solution pursuits, tailored demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Translate AI portfolio capabilities into credible, domain-specific outcomes and implementable architectures for ERP, EAM, and FSM customers.
• Advise Sales, Marketing, R&D, and go-to-market teams on messaging, roadmap priorities, sales plays, and competitive positioning.
• Create reusable presales content and solution assets while improving storytelling and delivery quality.
• Mentor presales talent across market units and contribute to field innovation and AI go-to-market evolution.
• Provide product feedback from customer engagements to support future AI portfolio innovation.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in ERP, EAM, FSM, or multiple related domains, combined with strong applied AI fluency.
• Experience with business and IT architecture and assessing customer technology landscapes for AI-led transformation.
• Strong software demonstration, executive presentation, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours for global engagements is essential.
• Self-directed, adaptable, curious, persuasive, and able to mentor and collaborate across geographies.
