Lead AI Tech Architect (AI/Enterprise Architecture): Leading technology cases and architecture modules for complex client transformations with an accent on enterprise-scale solutions, ERP/SAP offerings, and digital strategy. Focus on designing IT architectures, guiding high-performing delivery teams, shaping executive recommendations, and driving technology thought leadership.
Location: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, or Canberra, Australia. Flexibility to travel within Australia/New Zealand, Asia Pacific, and globally is required.

What you will do
- Lead technology cases or technology modules within consulting projects.
- Partner with clients to understand business and technology challenges and define IT strategies.
- Design enterprise-scale architecture solutions and secure client buy-in for recommendations.
- Lead technology project and delivery teams while managing key stakeholders and client deliverables.
- Drive the ERP/SAP offering, presales, business development, and proposal development through executive-level presentations.
- Build capabilities and publish technology thought leadership.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in strategy, management, or technology consulting, digital technology, or industry.
- Experience as a senior technology leader, senior manager, director, or enterprise architect.
- Enterprise-scale architecture experience, including enterprise architectural frameworks and methods such as TOGAF.
- Experience leading high-performing technology case, project, or delivery teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual thinking, communication, client-facing, and consulting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience in industrial goods, consumer products, government/public sector, healthcare, energy, banking, financial institutions, mining, or consumer sectors.
- Core system modernisation or systems-of-record experience.
- MBA, master’s degree, or PhD.
- Australian citizenship preferred.
