Focus on analyzing CERCLA, DERP, RCRA, and related regulatory requirements, developing dashboards and senior-leader briefings, and improving workflows across Army stakeholders.
Location: Remote; support for U.S. Army environmental programs and stakeholders

What you will do
- Support timelines for PFAS-related deliverables, audit activities, data calls, and other program tasks.
- Maintain documentation and collaboration tools in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Develop reports, metrics, dashboards, presentations, briefings, status updates, and training materials.
- Analyze PFAS regulations and congressional direction, advising on Army actions and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate data gathering, information sharing, communications, and transparency across Army components.
- Improve workflows, documentation quality, reporting consistency, and technical accuracy across program deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental policy or management, natural resources, geology, chemistry, biology, environmental or civil engineering, public policy or administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- 3–5 years of experience supporting Army or Department of Defense environmental programs, preferably environmental cleanup, the Defense Environmental Restoration Program, or emerging contaminants.
- Experience with PFAS cleanup standards or activities and working knowledge of CERCLA, DERP, RCRA, or the Safe Drinking Water Act.
- Experience producing written reports, briefings, metrics, and senior-leader status products.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance and travel as required.
Nice to have
- Direct PFAS cleanup, investigation, or drinking-water response experience.
- HQ or service-level program, audit, data-call, or congressional reporting support.
- Environmental risk assessment and CERCLA or RCRA cleanup project experience.
- Power BI, Visio, Microsoft 365 workflow tools, WEBCASS, or EDMS experience.
- Master’s degree, PMP, or CHMM certification.
