Senior Quality Assurance Manager (Mobile Apps)

Salary: EUR 65,000–75,000 yearly

What you will do

• Perform high-quality manual testing of the hirify.global mobile app across the full customer journey.
• Collaborate with app engineers to understand requirements and define effective testing strategies.
• Own, prioritize, and track bug reports and tickets through timely resolution.
• Coordinate app releases, regression testing, and testing efforts for new features.
• Contribute to the long-term automated testing strategy and promote quality practices within a cross-functional agile team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, and debugging of frontend applications, preferably mobile apps and large-scale projects.
• Experience with manual, exploratory, destructive, and automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of TestRail and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to understand complex technical systems and design detailed test cases focused on business value and user experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies and quality practices in agile environments.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, is required.
