Sr Cloud Product Engineer (AI)

The role supports a Managed AI platform requiring secure, automated, compliant, and scalable cloud operations.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines for Managed AI platforms and services.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code and automated deployment solutions across Azure, GCP, and future cloud environments.
• Implement security controls, vulnerability scanning, secret management, credential rotation, privileged access controls, and compliance validation.
• Build observability, monitoring, alerting, operational automation, and zero-downtime release capabilities.
• Support AI governance, prompt protection, DLP integration, production release management, and critical incident response.
• Mentor offshore engineers and contractors while contributing to architecture reviews, code reviews, platform standards, and engineering governance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Security Engineering, or Automation Engineering, including 3+ years supporting large-scale cloud platforms.
• Strong DevSecOps and Platform Engineering experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, GitHub Workflows, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and automation frameworks.
• Strong Azure and GCP knowledge, including enterprise-scale Infrastructure as Code, cloud security, identity, networking, governance, and compliance controls.
• Experience with enterprise CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, observability, logging, alerting, and high-availability production environments.
• Experience with .NET, Python, and React, plus strong scripting and automation skills.
• Experience operating in regulated enterprise environments and providing technical leadership while remaining hands-on.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI security frameworks, DLP, prompt inspection, prompt masking, and AI governance controls.
• Familiarity with Azure AI, Vertex AI, OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic ecosystems.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender Suite, Cyera, Model Armor, and related enterprise security products.
• Knowledge of FinOps, cost optimization, chargeback automation, and cloud governance.
