Senior Scheduler (Energy Storage)

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and continuously refine integrated project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Define milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and baseline updates with subject matter experts and contractors.
• Track project progress, analyze critical paths, identify delays and bottlenecks, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Coordinate requirements, resources, timelines, and dependencies with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify schedule risks, prepare contingency plans, and provide inputs for extension-of-time claims and liquidated-damage risk mitigation.
• Prepare portfolio reports, dashboards, status updates, and scheduling standards for business-unit decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in project planning and scheduling with Primavera P6, including resource planning and management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple complex projects.
• English at C1 minimum is required.
• German at C1 minimum is required for one of the positions.

Nice to have

• Experience coaching teams and non-specialists in project scheduling.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis and Oracle Unifier.
• Scheduling professional certification such as PMI-SP or similar.
