Chief of Staff to the Go-to-Market Director (Energy Tech)

What you will do

• Translate the Go-to-Market Director’s strategic priorities into concrete plans, timelines, and next-day actions.
• Track performance data and KPIs across multiple markets, identifying issues and preparing decision-ready insights.
• Design project management structures, systems, and processes for complex multi-market initiatives.
• Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations that turn complex data into clear narratives.
• Coordinate Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders, following up on commitments and keeping initiatives on track.
• Improve the operating model of the Go-to-Market function in a fast-moving, scaling environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Chief of Staff, business operations, analyst, or a similar high-rigour role, preferably in technology, scale-ups, or energy.
• Strong project management, data analysis, organisational, and execution skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Ability to turn numbers and strategic priorities into clear, actionable insights and next steps.
• Fluency in German and English at C1/C2 level is required, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work remotely from Germany is required.
