Manager Special Projects & Performance - MENA

What you will do

• Analyze business performance metrics, identify trends and anomalies, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Present data-driven findings and translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct country-specific analyses to identify turnaround, growth, and profitability opportunities.
• Develop and launch new product business cases in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support annual budgeting and manage PnL performance against growth and profitability targets.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in performance management or strategy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating across functions.
• Experience with financial modelling and PnL analysis is strongly preferred.
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Looker, and Tableau is strongly preferred.
