Senior Business Controller (Logistics)

Location: Finland; hybrid working model with flexible hours

Technology-enabled logistics business combining proprietary software, smart routing algorithms, automated locker infrastructure, and physical delivery networks to support e-commerce.

What you will do

• Analyze revenue, profitability, operational costs, unit economics, and logistics network performance.
• Advise the Country Manager and local leadership team on strategic commercial and operational decisions.
• Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for new initiatives and operational rollouts.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance follow-up for the Finnish market.
• Develop KPIs, dynamic dashboards, and decision-making frameworks for local execution.
• Connect Finnish operations with the broader finance organization and international teams.

Requirements

• Experience in business controlling, FP&A, management consulting, corporate finance, or a similar analytical environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work with complex data and translate financial concepts into clear recommendations.
• Professional fluency in Finnish and English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with or willingness to learn SQL, BI tools, or modern financial planning software.
