TL;DR

Senior Payroll Consultant (Australian Payroll): Managing accurate, compliant end-to-end fortnightly payroll for more than 2,200 employees with an accent on Australian legislation, taxation, superannuation, employee benefits, and stakeholder service. Focus on improving payroll processes and controls, resolving complex matters with HR, Finance, ADP, and Workday, and producing reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory insights.

What you will do

Manage the end-to-end fortnightly payroll process for more than 2,200 employees.
Provide expert guidance on payroll legislation, awards, taxation, superannuation, and employee benefits.
Partner with Human Resources, Finance, ADP, Workday, and external vendors to resolve payroll matters.
Drive continuous improvement by streamlinhirify.global processes and strengthenhirify.global payroll controls.
Prepare payroll reporthirify.global, reconciliations, and insights for business and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Extensive payroll experience in a medium-to-large, complex organisation.
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation, and compliance requirements.
Experience with payroll systems and advanced Excel skills.
Proactive approach to process improvement and high-quality outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

Experience with ADP and Workday.
