What you will do
- Manage end-to-end fortnightly payroll processing for more than 2,200 employees.
- Provide expert advice on payroll legislation, awards, taxation, superannuation, and employee benefits.
- Partner with Human Resources, Finance, ADP, Workday, and external vendors to resolve payroll matters.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, streamline operations, and strengthen payroll controls.
- Prepare payroll reporting, reconciliations, and insights for business and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Extensive payroll experience in a medium to large, complex organisation.
- Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with payroll systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to process improvement and high-quality service delivery.

- Experience with ADP and Workday.
