What you will do
- Test Prime Video features running on living room devices, including TVs and set-top boxes.
- Execute manual tests on target devices and collaborate with TV and set-top box manufacturers.
- Design and develop test suites to validate Prime Video features.
- Build, maintain, and fix manual and automated tests based on test results.
- Support the quality of the Prime Video device certification process and monitor certified device software for regressions.
- Use AI to improve test speed and quality.
Requirements
- Professional, non-internship software development experience.
- Programming experience in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
- Experience building test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience with penetration testing and exploitability-focused vulnerability assessment.
- Experience with platform-level security mitigations and hardening for Linux and Windows.
- Ability to work in London, United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance in database environments.
- Experience with security in service-oriented architectures and web services.
- Experience with device technologies, firmware flashing, device debugging, and reading or pulling device logs.
- Experience with REST web services, XML, or JSON.
