What you will do
- Start in Customer Support, solving complex user problems and learning the product.
- Investigate transaction, import, portfolio, API, and cost-basis discrepancies using on-chain data and block explorers.
- Turn user feedback and research into product opportunities in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
- Test new features and fixes, identify bugs, and contribute to QA and automation.
- Improve data integrations and produce clear, actionable investigations for developers.
- Use AI and automation to streamline workflows while validating results with independent judgment.
Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of crypto and blockchain, including wallets, exchanges, transfers, trading, staking, DEXs, liquidity pools, dApps, DeFi, and NFTs.
- Ability to navigate Ethereum or Solana block explorers and investigate transactions using on-chain data.
- Analytical, meticulous, and comfortable debugging complex problems and comparing data sources.
- Fluent English and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, technical tools, independent prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- European time-zone overlap is required.
Nice to have
- Understanding of APIs and data flows between systems.
- Programming or scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with blockchain development concepts, on-chain data structures, Jira, or related tools.
