TL;DR

IT Asset Manager (Gaming): Managing the quality, accuracy, inventory, and lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets for a gaming organization with an accent on asset governance, reporting, compliance, and cost-effective utilization. Focus on coordinating rollouts, improving asset management processes, analyzing inventory data, and aligning Local IT, Finance, Procurement, and global stakeholders.

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; onsite work required

What you will do

Manage the lifecycle, inventory, quality, and compliance of hardware and software IT assets.
Maintain accurate asset data and deliver reporting on availability, utilization, lifecycle status, and inventory trends.
Support local, regional, and global IT asset management strategies, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate asset rollouts with Local IT teams, Studio Management, and global stakeholders.
Promote asset reuse, optimization, and cost-effective procurement decisions through planning and budgeting.
Act as a liaison and escalation point for Local IT, IT Asset Management, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

College diploma in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, including lifecycle management, inventory governance, and asset tracking.
Hands-on knowledge of PC hardware, gaming equipment, IT hardware, software, and asset management practices.
Experience working in IT Service Management environments and using asset, inventory, or CMDB platforms.
Strong English communication, organization, coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work onsite in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Nice to have

ITIL Foundation, PMP, PRINCE2, IAITAM, SAM, or HAM certification.
Experience with project management, business process improvement, data analytics, ITSM platforms, CMDB systems, or Power BI.
Experience supporting operational IT organizations.
