What you will do
- Manage procurement tasks within Ukraine and Europe to fulfill production and R&D needs.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal consumers to coordinate orders.
- Research the best prices and technical solutions for the company's requirements.
- Order raw materials, mechanisms, and specific electronic equipment.
- Control the arrival of orders at the warehouse and collaborate with the quality department on unsatisfied quality issues.
- Maintain the ERP system and manage all associated documentation.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a procurement role.
- Higher education, with a degree in economics being an advantage.
- English: Intermediate (B1) level required.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft 365.
- Experience ordering microelectronics or electrical equipment.
- Basic understanding of logistics and postal services.
