Compliance Officer (Fintech)

As our Regulated Services team continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
We're looking for a professional who can demonstrate:
✅ Previous FSRA and/or DFSA approval as a Compliance Officer
✅ Experience operating within the ADGM and/or DIFC regulatory frameworks
✅ Strong exposure to Category 3C and Category 4 regulated firms
✅ Experience within the fund and asset management sector
✅ ACAMS and other relevant compliance qualifications
✅ Knowledge of the QFCRA regulatory environment (preferred)
✅ A dynamic, solutions-driven and commercially minded approach
✅ The ability to navigate an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving regulatory landscape
