CPS Learning Admin Junior Specialist

What you will do

• Respond to employee and external stakeholder inquiries about learning programs through ServiceNow, email, and other channels.
• Coordinate training administration, scheduling, communications, logistics, and end-to-end learning processes.
• Identify exceptions, recommend solutions, escalate concerns, and resolve employee issues with learning academies and stakeholders.
• Deliver customer support in line with service-level agreements and quality standards.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and handle confidential information professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in learning administration, training coordination, HR operations, shared services, or customer support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow and/or Workday.
