What you will do
- Maintain organizational training records and create learning events, sessions, and courses in the learning management system.
- Coordinate learner communications, training materials, facilities, schedules, and equipment.
- Configure and assign compliance training courses according to business unit and role requirements.
- Produce monthly and annual reports covering attendance, progress, completions, and other training metrics.
- Coordinate with employees, trainers, and management to support training effectiveness, new hire orientation, and ad hoc initiatives.
- Assist with evaluating employee learning performance and improvement areas.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience administering learning management systems.
- 3–5 years of experience in event coordination and planning.
- Experience managing training records, learner assignments, communications, and reporting.
- Ability to work onsite in Manila, Philippines.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Learning.
- Experience with compliance training administration, reporting tools, and large-scale assignment campaigns.
