Global Learning Admin Manager Americas (LMS)

What you will do

• Lead the regional Global Learning Administration team, including Team Leads, Senior Specialists, and Administrators.
• Oversee enterprise learning administration and learning helpdesk service delivery, including LMS transactions and customer support.
• Coach team leads and administrators on standard methodologies, learning administration processes, performance, and development.
• Engage regional and global training organizations and enterprise partners to gather feedback and improve service quality.
• Lead or sponsor continuous-improvement initiatives, cross-team projects, and system or process changes with learning product teams.
• Monitor case trends, processing times, accuracy, compliance, and resolution quality across regional operations.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge and experience managing a regional operations team within a global framework.
• Experience with learning administration, LMS transactions, consultation, and administrative functions for Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Leadership experience with team development, performance measurement, customer relationships, and operational planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with teams, customers, vendors, and service providers.
• Knowledge of HR operations, HR best practices, talent management, inclusive leadership, and strategic thinking.
