Studio Operations Lead

Location: hirify.global, Mill Hill, North West London; full-time, studio-based role five days per week. This is not a hybrid role and regular home working should not be expected.

Salary: £45,000–£50,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day operation of the studio, office, facilities, equipment and workspace.
• Lead and develop the Studio & Tech Team and Operations Assistant.
• Manage suppliers, contractors, purchasing, facilities, budgets and operational documentation.
• Coordinate client and project onboarding, including insurance, compliance, supplier setup and operational readiness.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, equipment access, travel, visa administration and business operations support.
• Organise studio bookings, client visits, executive away days, company events and workplace initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, studio management, production or a similar role with independent ownership of operational responsibilities.
• Experience managing people, operational functions, suppliers, facilities, budgets and multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting onboarding, travel, compliance and business operations.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety, compliance requirements and operational documentation.
• Strong organisational, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using HR, operations and project management systems; experience with AI tools and workflow automation is desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience in a creative agency, production company, media business or fast-growing environment.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to improve workflows.
