Technical Delivery Manager with French (IT)

Location: Must be located in Poland and work in a hybrid model with regular attendance at the Katowice office

What you will do

• Ensure the availability, continuity, performance, and operational quality of critical IT services.
• Manage operational managers and IT operations teams, including objectives, skills development, recruitment, and retention.
• Oversee SLA compliance, on-call activities, major incidents, crisis communications, and escalation management.
• Implement ITIL processes, manage operational risks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and client stakeholders on governance, reporting, audits, compliance, and service quality.
• Manage operational tools, scheduling, monitoring, data flows, automation, and contributions to RUN and BUILD quotations.

Requirements

• Experience in IT operations, production, and managed services environments.
• Knowledge of job scheduling tools such as OpCon, Control-M, or Dollar Universe, and secure file transfer platforms such as CFT, GoAnywhere, or MFT.
• Experience with ticketing, monitoring, and supervision tools such as ServiceNow or EasyVista.
• Understanding of Windows, Linux, IBM i, and supporting infrastructure.
• Experience managing IT operations or production teams, with strong leadership, communication, crisis management, decision-making, analytical, and customer-focused skills.
• Communicative French and Polish at minimum B2 level, plus availability for on-call duties.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or other critical environments.
• Knowledge of SAB AT and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of DORA, ISO 27001, and DRP/BCP requirements.
• ITIL certification.
